From the lively pool surrounded by greenery to the attentive staff ready to assist, this stay exceeded expectations. Delicious breakfast options and a great bar atmosphere added to the experience. A special shoutout to the exceptional team members who truly exemplified hospitality. I wouldn't trade this experience for anything!

The pool area provided a relaxing atmosphere, with friendly staff enhancing the experience. The Italian restaurant served excellent food, particularly impressive were the fresh coffee selections. A few downsides included the limited TV channels in English and the inconvenient road crossing for nearby shops. Additionally, the electrical outlets only functioned when the lights were on, leading to a confusing moment.

Check the pool menu upon arrival. it’s not advertised but offers great options for lunch.

Had an amazing group vacation with friends! We loved visiting the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque and the Muttrah Souq. The hotel's pool area was great for chilling, and the lobby was welcoming. Just a heads up, breakfast had good options but was a bit repetitive. Overall, a fun stay and we'll definitely recommend it to others!

We had a frustrating experience when our room for the third night wasn't set up as requested. Despite confirming it had three beds, we were surprised to find only two. The staff was dismissive at first, which wasn't what we expected.

I stayed in the Superior Room and it was pretty comfy! The bed was super soft, and I loved the spacious layout. The view from the room was stunning too, which really made it special. Just a heads-up, the road noise was a bit much at times. Overall, the room felt nice. just keep in mind some outside sounds might sneak in.

The pool area was a real treat for the kids, creating a vibe that just made everyone chill and enjoy. Plus, we were welcomed with this amazing flavored water that had lemon and frankincense, like they knew how to impress right from the start.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but it was still reasonable for what we got.

Executive room was super comfy, located on a high floor, and really quiet. Loved the happy hour in the lounge with loads of drink options and snacks. The pool is large and good for all ages. Breakfast was great with fresh omelettes and plenty of choices. Room service had awesome variety too.

I had a lovely stay with a very comfortable room and enjoyed a nice dinner at Smokey Blues. The breakfast options were fresh and delicious. I would definitely return!
